Locations

Congress Registration

Congress registration (and the main playing area) is in the George Sherman Union at Boston University, at 775 Commonwealth Avenue.

If you are arriving on Saturday between 9am and 11pm, please stop here first, where we will be able to register you and help with all your questions.

If you are not arriving on Saturday between 9am and 11pm, please go straight to your housing location. We will take care of your registration the next day.

Housing

This year, housing check-in is separate from Congress check-in. Please go to the address of your housing and check-in at the front desk, where you will receive your room key.

For those who purchased BU housing, we will soon be sending an email detailing the address or your building assignment.

If you are arriving on Saturday between 9am and 11pm, please visit registration at George Sherman Union first, otherwise go directly to housing.

Food

If you’re on the meal plan, breakfast and dinner are at the West Campus Dining Hall, next to Sleeper Hall, which is at 275 Babcock Street. Hours for breakfast are 7:30 – 9:30 am, and for dinner are 5-7 pm. Lunch is at George Sherman Union on the ground floor. Hours for lunch are 11 am – 2:15 pm.

Those who are not on the meal plan can pay per meal by cash or credit card (for any of those meals).

Here are some restaurant recommendations.
